About Sunday Sidekick

Sunday Sidekick runs on the commissioner's machine and sends updates through integrations the commissioner sets up: Sleeper, ESPN and Yahoo leagues, email, text and optional iMessage, and AI providers through adapters. Compatible AI clients can use its MCP server, and sending stays off until the owner turns it on. It is open source under the MIT license.

Questions it’s working on

  1. Keeping a league's data local while still connecting to Sleeper, ESPN and Yahoo.
  2. Explaining projections honestly: a win chance and a likely range, not a single number.
  3. Letting AI assistants help through MCP without sending anything until the owner opts in.
